PA Real Estate Law Requires that all Realtors provide the CONSUMER NOTICE to all consumers in which we discuss business with.  This document is for your convenience and simply explains the different relationships you may have with a Real Estate Licensee.  If you would like to discuss business with me; please click on this link, CONSUMER NOTICE, print out the document, sign it, and either email or fax it to me.  Signing this document simply acknowledges that you have received this document.  It is not a contract of any kind.
